Once your order is placed you should receive a payment confirmation email from us, please allow 24 hours for the confirmation email to be sent to you, make sure to check your junk folder.
As long as the item has the original tags and has no sign of being worn. You have up to 14 calendar days, starting the day after receiving your items, to let us know you wish to return your item. You can either contact us via our email email@example.com or fill in the form on our contact us page and someone will reply.
All sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable
We quality check all of our items so that we can ensure that they reach you in perfect condition. However, on the unfortunate chance your item is faulty please contact us by either emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or via our contact us page and filling in the form and will arrange the return for you. We will refund your item via royal mail 2nd class standard delivery. We ask that you send us proof of postage. An item is not classed as faulty if the fault is normal wear and tear, or if you have not followed the washing instructions stated on the item's label. We will refund any faulty item that has been returned/rejected within 2 weeks. After this date, we will only be able to offer store credit.
Please be aware due to lighting when taking photographs, the photographs may be slightly different in color. If you are unsure about sizing please contact us and we can provide measurements, as an item which does not fit is not classed as a fault.
