How to return an item?
Aslong as the item has the orginal tags and has no sign of being worn. You have up to 14 calender days, starting the day after receiving your items, to let us know you wish to return your item. You can either contact us via are email email@example.com or fill in the form on are contact us page and someone will reply.
I have not recieved my order?
The estimations which we give are used as a guideline only, we cannot guarantee delivery within the estimated time. If you have not recieved your order within 14 days then please contact us via our email firstname.lastname@example.org or via our contact us page and fill in the form and will do are best to resolve the issue.
How does sizing come up on an item
If you are unsure of the sizing of an item then please contact us via email at email@example.com or contact us via the form on are contact us page, and we will send you the measurements.
I gave you the wrong address?
Please check your details before ordering as we do not take any responsibilty for parcels that do not get to you due to inaccurate delivery details. If you notice that you have made an error, please contact us ASAP to allow us to make changes if possible.
My item is faulty?
We quality check all of our items so that we can ensure that they reach you in perfect condition. However, on the unfortunate chance your item is faulty please conact us by either emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or via our contact us page and filling in the form and will arrange the return for you. We will refund your item via royal mail 2nd class standard delivery. We ask that you send us proof of postage. An item is not classed as faulty if the fault is normal wear and tear, or if you have not followed the washing instructions stated on the items label. We will refund any faulty item that has been returned/rejected within 2 weeks. After this date, we will only be able to offer store credit.
